The pig cheek starter with guanciale smoked apple puree a must from this superb 3 course dinner menu @14Georgian for £35 . I rarely bypass the scallops . A wee veda taster with salmon mousse , eel caviar was a delight . Six hour short rib for mains . Great food / service Jim
