“Rebecca Kutler, MSNBC president, apologized for Mr. Dowd’s remarks, calling them “inappropriate, insensitive and unacceptable.”
Unmentioned in Ms. Kutler’s statement was the fact that every word in Mr. Dowd’s comment was true.
