Creative production is INSANELY dialed in.
Our setup: 1 CBO 1 new ad set for each batch of ads we want to test.
Every ad must get a fair chance to compete, so we give ad sets a minimum spend.
PROBLEM:
We have so many great ads coming in that I'm not sure if this is the most optimal way to test. We've used this method to scale to 8 figures/year, but is this the best way to reach 9?
We used to focus only on creatives, and media buying was simple - but at this level, even a 1% change could make a difference.
Are there any killer agencies/media buyers who know how to optimize for this type of situation? Referrals are much appreciated! 🙏
