L'enteroscopi motoritzat d’última generació es farà servir per a l'estudi i el tractament del budell prim, i evitarà haver de derivar a Barcelona entre 15 i 20 pacients a l’any. És el tercer hospital de Catalunya en disposar-ne d'un.

L’#htrueta posa en marxa dues tècniques molt avançades a la Unitat d’Endoscòpies. D’una banda, s’ha adquirit un enteroscopi motoritzat d’última generació per a l’estudi i el tractament del budell prim, i de l’altra, s’han començat a fer criobiòpsies guiades per ecobroncoscòpia.
