Trump believes he has the power to weaponize the U.S. Postal Service to restrict voting. Marc Elias and his law firm are already challenging that notion in court. “[The Trump administration has] come up with a scheme that is so unbelievably unconstitutional and authoritarian.”

Trump’s administration has barred the IRS from even looking at his past returns. Teachers, nurses, and firefighters all pay what they owe. Why does the President of the United States get a special tax deal?

Bill Kristol: "Trump’s cage fight at the White House was despicable on so many levels: taxpayer money being spent to glorify him, the corruption and kickbacks surrounding the fight, and the Saudis underwriting a White House event, even though they share none of our traditions or values.

The question inside Trump's White House wasn't whether suspending habeas corpus was a good idea. It was how much the administration could get away with before the courts stopped them. That's a warning worth paying attention to. Read here: joycevance.substack.com/p/th…

GENERAL: “The $300,000,000,000 is real. Who cares where it comes from? The Iranians are still in charge. They’re gonna take that money and recover everything. You know that, Sean.” Even Fox guests aren’t letting them pretend Trump’s deal is good. (Obama had a deal for far less)

MSNOW's @ProfMMurray nails it: Trump's investigation isn't about finding a crime. It's about sending a message. Go after Donald Trump and he'll send the DOJ after you, your family, and anyone else who stands in his way. "Gavin Newsom is someone who has brought the fight to the President in terms that are incredibly personal...I will also note, I saw Jennifer Siebel Newsom's documentary that just filmed at Tribeca. The entire movie is about the way in which political retribution and the internet and social media are used to target women and to keep them out of political office. Here, it seems that the targeting of @JenSiebelNewsom and her husband is intended perhaps to send a message to him as a rival, but it certainly sends a message to any other dissenters, any other potential rivals, that this is what is waiting for you on the other side. If you go against Donald Trump, this is what you can expect. And that's intended to be a deterrent."

Stephen Miller wants to flip a switch and erase one of your oldest rights. It’s called habeas corpus. Fancy words but a simple idea that the government can’t just grab you and lock you away. It has to prove to a judge why you’re behind bars. That right is 800 years old. It’s older than America itself. And Miller tried to kill it. New reporting confirms it. Inside the White House, Miller pushed to suspend habeas corpus so agents could seize people, detain them, and deport them with no judge, no hearing, no chance to say “you’ve got the wrong guy.” Even Trump’s own lawyers put in writing that this is illegal. Miller pushed anyway. Miller screams “invasion” because the Constitution only allows this sort of thing during an invasion. But this same crowd brags every day that border crossings hit record lows. So which is it? The right to challenge your own detention is the line between a republic and a regime. Lose it, and the government can disappear anyone. I will fight this with everything I have. The Constitution is not optional. Not for Stephen Miller. Not for anyone. nytimes.com/2026/06/15/us/po…

Sheryl Crow speaks out after Trump’s UFC 250 event: “To stay quiet means to turn a blind eye. And so I am saying this. What happened last night on the lawn of the White House was disgraceful and void of decency. Powerful, rich people filled the lawn to watch a violent sport that ended with a vile and racist comment. All while the average American cannot afford healthcare, gas, and cost of living. Do not be fooled. This administration is corrupt and does not give a damn about the American people. It only cares about making money hand over fist at the expense and in spite of our democracy. If we continue to support this kind of distraction from reality, we are no better than them. Let's be better, America.”

Fox News is reporting that the White House has just put out an official statement about one of my campaign's latest ads: "The White House argued Conway is suffering from 'Trump Derangement Syndrome' in a statement to Fox News Digital.  "'Lightweight George Conway is a stupid person’s idea of a smart person,' the spokesperson said. 'His severe and debilitating disease known as Trump Derangement syndrome has melted his brain and made him crazy in the head.'" foxnews.com/politics/george-…

Vance: The coolest thing about the progress we’ve made over the last few weeks is that you’re seeing people within the Iranian system—senior leadership, even IRGC officials—say, “You know what? We recognize the way that we’ve done business with the US for 47 years is a mistake. Let’s try something else.”

JUST IN: Former White House Lawyer Ty Cobb Just Delivered A Scathing Critique Of Trump's Justice Department. Cobb says public officials swear an oath to the Constitution. He argues Attorney General Pam Bondi made clear from the beginning that her priority was serving Donald Trump. Cobb accused senior Trump allies of using the Justice Department to pursue political retribution, referencing investigations involving former officials and efforts tied to January 6 defendants. "Their duty is to the Constitution." That's the core of the argument. Not whether officials support Trump. Whether the Justice Department's primary obligation is to the law, or to the president who appointed them.

There’s a reason the administration is keeping us all in the dark on what’s in the MOU and it’s because we aren’t going to like it. Even Lindsey Graham knows that. The tough stuff like the Iranian nuclear program will be negotiated over the next couple of months and who knows how long that can will be kicked down the road. It’s tougher than the JCPOA Trump says? Consider the hundreds of billions Iran may get as well as the billions they already have in sanctions relief and side deals with Gulf states!
