Sorry to hear that Lewis Lapham passed. In 2005, I had a fun but passionate discussion about publishing with Lapham and Ken Alexander (fr The Walrus) that was forced to complete in Lapham’s hotel room bc there was no where else in Edmonton he could smoke in peace.
