Allow me to introduce you to one of the spookiest books I ever read as a child. I still think about it roughly once a year. At the time I was super into slasher stories, but this chilled me more.

Really proud of this story. I spent a month interviewing Black and Palestinian-American activists who traveled to Palestine after Ferguson. Their work is quietly fueling today's historic resistance against Israel’s war on Gaza. motherjones.com/politics/202…

Black activists began traveling to Palestine in the 1960s. They never stopped.

i think a poetry book can be any length. for me it’s really the width that matters. is it difficult to hold even with two hands, is the overall shape proportional and lovely, a bit unexpected even, does it curve slightly upward or to one side, in this essay i will
