I built a demo using @algolia Agent Studio for conferences.
To deploy at multiple events, I had to think about things like prompt templating and endpoint registration that I’m calling the Agent Factory pattern.

After a year of using other people's MCP servers, I wanted to better understand how they work, so I built a minimal "Hello, world" example using the latest SDK.
Stripping away security, external APIs, etc made helped me understand the core mechanism.
