As we approach the #COVID19 peak in the UK, colleagues, professional bodies and unions are hard at work drafting guidelines on rehabilitation for #covid19survivor s. And yet, there appears to be no @GOVUK guidance. We wait with bated breath.... #repurposeNHSnightingale
After watching @MartinSLewis show this evening, and seeing my confusion shared online @parasolgroup Please can you clarify for all your freelancers, paid as PAYE, how you are going to help them through this pandemic? #coronavirus

#ecfs2019 what a massive week. Great to hear about the sinuses in a number of sessions, from impact of CFTR modulators to the possible utility of MRI for earlier imaging to a brilliant round table with theπguru who advocated and demonstrated simple sinus lavage for sampling.π€
Big week on the #cftrust#physio#fellowship, uni module completed and up to 35% recuited for sinus study but nothing quite beats getting stuck in to some airway clearance back on the wards!!!
Busy and exciting #cftrust#fellowship week ahead, first participants recruited for #sinusstudy π and zooming off to spend some time at the CF centre @WythenshaweHosp tomorrow. Hectic!!
Lots of food for thought from the #ACPCF study days, from sinus care π€§ to CPET analysis π΄ right through to this mathematical gem which allows us to look at the physiological components of FEV1 π€. Big thanks to the study day co-ordinators.
Thanks @LibraryofBham for a quick B'ham library membership allowing me to try submit my ethics form whilst up here...pity I missed their office hours by 6 mins! Looking forward to the #ACPCF committee meeting and then study days kicking off tomorrow. #cftrust#fellowship#busybee
Huge potential for a year gaining experiences tailor made by you. E.g., time spent last week with the team @KingsCollegeNHS seeing their CF homecare in action and later on this week heading to @royalmarsdenNHS to discuss oncology in the context of CF and where PT fits in. APPLY!!
