I hope a positive aspect of the pandemic is that all generations and walks of life gain a better understanding and empathy for our elders and people with disability, some of whom have been experiencing isolation for years.
Next time you automate a huge process on a computer, especially in type design, use the time it's processing to express a bit of gratitude to all the different people's ideas, time and expertise it took, all working together to make it so easy.
