With a heavy heart, we're sharing the news that beloved R&B singer Peabo Bryson has passed away at the age of 75.
The two-time Grammy winner, known affectionately as the "Voice of Love," died peacefully on Tuesday evening. Having suffered a stroke in late May, he passed away just days later, surrounded by his family. It was also previously reported that he had suffered a heart attack back in 2019.
Peabo's voice was the soundtrack to so many of our favorite moments, especially his legendary Disney duets. From "Beauty and the Beast" with Celine Dion to "A Whole New World" with Regina Belle, his music created timeless memories for generations.
And beyond those iconic hits, his soulful voice graced classics like "Tonight, I Celebrate My Love" with Roberta Flack.
He was truly one of a kind. May he rest in music. 🕊️
