Seems like we had issues with our ppc64le machines (again). I don't know if we should delay the release or drop ppc64le for now....

#alpinelinux 3.15.0-rc5 is out, with 5.15.4 kernels. Hopefully the last release candidate.
There are also now alpine:3.15 docker images available for testing.
We will try get the 3.15.0 out tomorrow, unless there are any blockers found in the rc5.
