Excited to be at #clojureconj! Will be demoing @logseq and some of its new db version. Feel free to find me if you'd like to chat about logseq, #nbb, knowledge management or anything in between 👋

Releasing my first public @logseq graph at tagaholic.me/durham-neighbor…! This graph contains notes for a brief class to learn more about how the Durham government works. It uses the upcoming database version of Logseq which has been awesome for capturing typed information

The graph uses the schema.org ontology so it was easy to reference common concepts and extend the ontology as needed. In the first 2 hour class I captured 20 typed blocks/pages that are schema.org compatible - tagaholic.me/durham-neighbor… #LinkedData

Excited that @logseq's database version can support creating and editing schema.org concepts! On first pass, 900 classes and 1300 properties are usable within Logseq

Another cool thing about this demo is that it was created with a 260 line script. This decoupling from the app means it would be possible for any engineer to write a script to import any ontology or subset of one that can map to Logseq's notion of classes and properties

Logseq 0.9.14 just dropped! We've overhauled the sidebars, making it easier than ever to manage information. But what we're most excited about? Smart Merge for Logseq Sync! Say goodbye to sync conflicts and hello to block-level syncing. See 👇 for more details of the changes.

Wondering what the vibe of Clojure/Conj was this year? I've written up my observations in "The Hallway Track": timothypratley.blogspot.com/…

Happy to announce two new things for @logseq graphs that you can use locally as a CLI or run automatically on github as an action 🎋

Second, the latest release of the graph-validator action support custom validations - github.com/logseq/graph-vali…. Custom validations are just #nbbjs #clojurescript tests. We're not only using this on our docs but also on personal graphs to enforce modeling and data constraints

We're using this on a couple of #nbbcljs logseq libraries including a decent sized test suite with async tests - github.com/logseq/logseq/tre… . Thanks @mkvlr!
