Today marks the 25th Bi Visibility day since it began in 1999. Today over 30 countries celebrate Bi Visibility day, which was deliberately named to include both bisexual and biromantic people. All of our solidarity and best wishes to Bi people all over Ireland and further afield!

Some of our members were proud to attend the first ever Causeway Pride march. The organisers did a fantastic job and it was great to see so many people turn out to show their support. Also wonderful to see @CiaranMcQSF, the first SF mayor in Causeway, leading such a historic event.

Once again the British government have came out and attacked the trans community, as Tory party leader Rishi Sunak sat and made transphobic and discriminatory comments about the trans community. We in Ógra shinn féin will continue to actively speak out about transphobia.

It’s been a busy week this week. I have dealt with a rage of housing issues, bin collection, pushing for the removal of debris and other objects around the area and cleansing issues.
