Supermarkets like @IcelandFoods claim #digital leadership. But humans decide if #CX is good or bad. Today: #FAIL! They deliver someone else's shop to me. Local store mgr rude doesn't thank me for taking 45mins of my day to fix their error. Hope Mr Petrou gets his family's food!

This is 1&1's architecture for its Open RAN. 24 regional datacentres for CU, 500 edge DCs for DU with 10km distance between sites. Joachim Gross, chief architect says it is deploying "stupid antennas", with all intelligence at edge site.
