This is utter bullshit. When Indonesia refused to grant the Israeli under 17 team visa’s for the 2023 U-20 World Cup, FIFA stripped Indonesia’s hosting rights and moved it to Argentina. So @FIFAcom can stop with the lies.

The ruling has created a worrying precedent that the Court of Appeal must reverse. Here is what the court ruled unconstitutionally;
1. Petition to quash impeachment is declined; resolution remains valid.
2. Court finds violation of fair trial rights due absence denial.
3. Parliament must enact legislation regulating impeachment procedure under Article 150.
4. Pension and emoluments issues not determined; referred appropriate forum.
5. Constitutional damages of KES 50 million awarded for rights violation.
6. Each party bears own costs due to public interest nature.
7. Any relief not expressly granted is dismissed entirely by court.
The admission that his rights were violated & that's he didn't get a fair trial should have led to the impeachment being reversed. This is a stupid ruling.
Clearly the judiciary is compromised.
