Our USB-C internal PSU adapter for GameCube is about ready for a release. This is not a single chip solution like other designs. We are using a MCU to help negotiate more than PD12, it actively validates the PSU can handle the correct voltage and current. It will negotiate PPS and AVS from modern supplies even if they do not support PD12. There is a MOSFET that prevents over voltage or under voltages from ever going to the GameCube and operates as a soft power button that remembers the last state with a single button press. We will also have an external version that requires no disassembly. I still need to assemble those boards and finalize the firmware for them.

I want to give EU based customers a heads up, starting July 1st 2026 the EU is implementing a €3 per HSCODE import duty. We currently ship all packages DDP so we will have to include this fee into our orders beginning July 1st. This fee is based on the HSCODE not line items, so the fees may stack depending on the number of categories items land in. They will also have an additional €2 per HSCODE fee that is expected later in the year. The fee only applies to orders under €150. My Shopify store does not have a simple way to charge that fee so I will be looking into options on how to handle this.
