1) Create a square piece of paper 2) Fold it corner to corner then open it up 3) Mark 1/3 from the centre and cut along the folds to it 4) Gather alternate corners and pin them in the middle 5) Stick the pin into a cork at the back 6) Fix a wooden skewer into the cork 7) Blow!🌬️
