This weeks article is part of an essential new volume that just got released by Oxford University Press, called "The Foundations of Decentralized Organization", by editors Kevin Werbach, Bianca Kremer & Eva Micheler.

This is a thoughtful and considered piece on the ICJ decision to publicize PM implementation reports in future cases, highlighting some possible downsides to this reform. My own view is that these concerns are overstated when viewed against the benefits.
