No longer will I need to call it 'a Dirty Epi drip'; it is now has the grown-up name of ' the approved ASCIA pre-hospital adrenaline infusion'
Joking aside this approach has bailed me out many times when in a remote/ austere location.

Sometimes as the Doc you have to risk being unpopular. But working with @realRudyReyes @jason_carl_fox @RemiAdeleke @billingham229b it was easy to ensure we kept the recruits safe but also pushed them further than they had ever gone before.

Caller: "Hey, do you have an Funnel Web antivenom?"
Me: "Why do you need it? "
Caller: "I am just about to start milking some Funnel Webs and I wanted to check where my nearest antivenom is in case I get bitten. "
Me: "100% I do not want your job"

Glorious anecdote from Anthony Gordon on expert panel on origin of 30ml/kg fluid resus target. Some people in a room decided 500ml wasn’t enough, 2000ml sounded too much for the frail elderly, so the target of 30ml/kg was plucked from the air. And thus a protocol was born
