I am honestly terrified to post this but it has to be said. Medication and/or therapy shouldn’t be necessary to get through graduate school and we should NOT have to tolerate manipulation, harassment, or abuse. Take care of yourselves ♥️ #AcademicTwitter

Led by @KatMillage, our new paper proposes a novel institution that utilizes leased fishing zones inside of MPAs to finance monitoring and enforcement. We find that these areas can fully finance enforcement, deter illegal fishing, and maximize fish biomass iopscience.iop.org/article/1…

Honestly, I really think that many conservation organizations need to start doing much more than hiring part-time & temporary human dimensions consultants or social scientists. For many orgs, this is not sufficient to fulfill their capacity needs. #marsocsi #consocsci
