The Los Angeles city controller released a new website that highlights "The Top 100 Problem Rental Properties." The dashboard shows the 100 rental properties with the most reported RSO and JCO violations. Property ownership is also listed.
My thoughts are that transparency is good, but if the city is going to put together this list, they should also create a dashboard of the 100 worst tenants. That would be the fair thing to do.
