Population of 18 yr (2024) = 598220 Percentage of US citizens 18 yr (D4) = 598220/759784=0.787 (78.7%) This means that the same percentage of US citizens over 18 (78.7%/~79%) in Kentucky district 4 are also the same percentage of registered voters (79%).
