IEBC under its Chairman @ahmedissack7861 retained me to draft The Elections Act & The Campaign Financing Act. Both Acts are my drafting. But Jubilee MPs in their wisdom amended The Elections Act & added Section 80 (4) that Supreme Court can tally the votes & issue a Certificate.
