Johnson said it is “disingenuous” of council to decide to disperse millions of dollars in response to a video of a fight that went viral, when 40 homicides have already occurred this year. He said the fire department needs help for its first responders, too. @SignalCincy

Release from @CincyPD: Eighth person charged in connection with July 26 fight in downtown Cincy. The suspect, a 45-year-old white man, is charged with disorderly conduct. That is a fourth-degree misdeameanor.
He was issued a notice to appear in Hamilton County Municipal Court on Aug. 26.
Because police have also identified him as a victim in the fight, they have not released his identity due to Marsy's Law rules.
