Introducing Wake’s new mascot: the Tax Burglar. He comes complete with a bag of your money. Most noticeable is that his head resembles the actual district logo—so you know he’s legit.

Just a mediocre white man at a cold play concert with a Trump hating board member! @BasedRedWolf

Don’t forget to answer!
🔥 What is the total investment into #WCPSS low-performing schools, including Magnet School grants (1985–present), Restart funding (2016–present), and Title I funding (2010–present)?

We can even add our own monopoly game!

We can take our Tax Burglar character in a lot of satirical directions. I’m proud of him—he even has a toy deal now!

Last but not least: buy every possible Powerball combo nearly four times—guaranteeing at least one jackpot win. You might lose money if someone else wins too. But hey, that’s no worse than how Wake’s spending our money now.

Powerball Math Check: • 292,201,338 possible combos • $2 per ticket in NC • $2.3B ÷ $2 = 1.15 billion tickets • 1.15B ÷ 292.2M ≈ 3.94

The scale of the #wcpss budget: It would take about 40 full-size shipping containers to hold $2.3 billion in $1 bills. Stack them, and they’d tower over the Statue of Liberty. @BasedRedWolf

This is a clear example of passing the cost onto the taxpayer. Funding sources include federal, state, local, and PTA. The PTA will likely cover expenses that could have been avoided by cutting central office spending.

This is how Wake County handles taxpayer money. In one breath, they tell you they are broke. In another, they can magically find the money when needed. @BasedRedWolf

Funny story: Wake wants teachers to do honors training over summer. Meanwhile, kids choose if they’re “honors.” No portfolio? Still get the credit and GPA boost. It’s easier to pass than fail—less harassment and paperwork. The system’s broken.

And if they reversed course, we’d just be stuck teaching honors and regular in the same class period. Pushing for rigor only makes your job harder. Silence is easier.
