ESPN sources: the Raiders agreed to trade five-time Pro-Bowl DE Maxx Crosby to the Baltimore Ravens in exchange for 2026 and 2027 first-round picks.
The trade cannot be processed until next week, but it is in place. And Crosby is expected to be a Raven with two 1s back to Vegas.

BREAKING: The #Ravens and HC John Harbaugh have mutually agreed to part ways, multiple sources tell me.
Harbaugh, who helped guide the Ravens to a Super Bowl title in 2012, won nearly 300 games during his outstanding 18-year tenure. A massive shakeup in Baltimore.

Hard agree. They clearly didnβt have the juice to win a SB this year. But Bisciotti needs to do what needs to be done. And De Costa needs to take a hard look at his roster construction.
