I was wrong I've been saying for months that open source AI models are 6 months behind frontier They caught up. GLM 5.2 is as good as Opus 4.8 This changes everything. If you run GLM 5.2 locally no government can take it away. You become sovereign And even if you run through APIs, its a fraction of the cost The battlefield is different now. If open source is as good as frontier, and people have cheaper alternatives, governments can't be as quick to regulate. It will destroy the frontier AI labs All of this is such a massive win for the people If you are not paying attention to local models yet, you are making a tremendous mistake

Introducing GLM-5.2: Frontier Intelligence, Open Weights - Significant improvements in coding and agentic tasks - Strong long-horizon capabilities with a 1M context window - Two levels of reasoning effort: GLM-5.2 (max) pushes the limits, while GLM-5.2 (high) strikes a strong balance between performance and token efficiency - MIT-licensed open weights - Same API pricing as GLM-5.1 Tech Blog: z.ai/blog/glm-5.2 Weights: huggingface.co/zai-org/GLM-5… API: docs.z.ai/guides/llm/glm-5.2 Coding Plan: z.ai/subscribe Chat: chat.z.ai

Fable 5 Claude Code MCP feels like a powerful combo for building algo trading workflows. Curious to test this stack more. Fable 5 is temporarily unavailable, but I hope it comes back soon. youtube.com/watch?v=pWmApp9g…

3-min watch: How Anthropic uses Claude in GTM engineering. Good example of AI moving from demos to real internal workflows. youtube.com/watch?v=n4ZxEznN…

OpenAI is giving Free Access to Codex all you need is a public GitHub repo and 5 minutes for a form and you wiil get: $1,200 worth 6 months of ChatGPT Pro full Codex window is still open. you don't need to be a senior dev. you don't even need to know what you're building yet how to get? 1/ rab any AI editor - Cursor, Codex etc.. 2/ build literally anything 3/ push it public on GitHub 4/ get a few stars on it you can drop the repo link in the replies and I'll star yours repo these programs approve half-finished projects all the time - that's what so many projects do, maybe OpenAI does too link: openai.com/form/codex-for-os…

Still can’t believe @karpathy released this 3.5-hour deep dive on how ChatGPT actually works for free. If there’s one AI video to watch in 2026, this is the one

We’re launching Claude Corps, a national fellowship program matching people early in their careers with US nonprofits. We'll teach 1,000 people to use Claude, and pay them to use AI to advance their hosts’ missions. anthropic.com/claude-corps

I’ll go first. I run ads and I’m building an AI ad generation pipeline because creating enough new ad ideas is always painful. I’m currently building it for myself, but I may open it to other founders running paid ads. What’s the hardest part of your ad creative workflow?

As. aPM and AI builder, good prompts save. me alot of trial and error. I’m starting to share the prompts that actually help my workflow. Today’s prompt turns a rough app idea into target user, pain, MVP scope, and a first validation test. Comment PRD and I’ll send it.

Claude Opus 4.8 ultracode makes more sense with a real example. Before: “Help me plan this app.” Claude gives scope, architecture, DB, UI flow, tasks. Now: “Look at this repo, split work into agents, implement, verify, and bring back one result.” The unit of work changed.

Claude Opus 4.8 news is interesting because the story is not just “smarter model.” It’s cost control agent workflows. Fast mode, effort controls, and dynamic workflows all point to the same thing: AI builders need to decide which tasks deserve expensive thinking.

What’s your best AI agent so far? I’m using three together: Claude — deep thinking coding Codex — content ops coding browser/sheet work Hermes Agent — direct workflows, business memory, self-testing The real skill is knowing which agent to use for which job.

One thing I didn’t expect while building an AI-powered app: choosing a payment provider isn’t just a billing decision. For AI products, pricing has to account for usage, inference cost, abuse risk, and whether users think in subscriptions or credits. I started with Polar.

My current workflow: •Ideas & PRD? ChatGPT Claude got me. •Frontend? Lovable’s my jam. •Debugging? Cursor AI
What’s your stack like these days?
