I think it goes without saying that the stuff I like to read and look at and listen to is good and I am virtuous for liking it, and stuff I don't like to read and look at and listen to is bad and the people who enjoy it have a personality flaw at best and are evil at worst.

Friend of mine in her 40s uses "millenials" as shorthand for "younger than her." I push back on that. So today, when referring to colleagues in their 20s, knowing they aren't Millenials, she referred to them as "Generation Avocado or whatever". :) I think I'll start saying that.
