The purpose of social media is to connect, build, engage and share values with one another. People need to understand that the world is changing rapidly; what used to work before no longer works anymore. Trends are moving rapidly. Very soon, people will rate your generosity and kindness on social media based on how you engage or follow back. We will see celebrities having their follower count go to zero because they feel too big to engage with their followers or even follow back. It's not a prediction, it's a spoiler. Engagement is the new currency.

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu's political journey-from governor, to senator, and now president-has reinforced one lesson for me: no matter how generous or accommodating you are to an ingrate, you cannot change their nature. I remember that during his time as Governor of Lagos State, he was regarded as one of the more liberal leaders in the country. He appointed people from different ethnic groups and different parts of Nigeria into positions of responsibility. He extended opportunities beyond tribal and regional lines, even to people whose own regions might not have done the same for outsiders. Yet, what did he receive in return? Many of the same people who benefited from that openness have gone on to use some of the harshest words against him. They have criticized him relentlessly, called him unprintable names, and shown little or no appreciation for the opportunities he extended to people from their communities. Whether one agrees with his politics or not, it raises an important question: Is kindness and inclusiveness ever enough for some people? Sometimes, it seems that no matter how much goodwill you show, there are those who will never acknowledge it, never appreciate it, and never reciprocate it. That is why I have come to believe that generosity alone cannot win over everyone. Some people will remain hostile regardless of what you do for them. It makes one wonder: when did kindness become a crime?

As funny as this video is to me, it was not actually posted by Kevin C Blak, aka Governor Amuneke. The video currently circulating online is a doctored version of his original video. As much as I would have loved to post and run with it, I had to do my due diligence first. I already knew the guy is an Obidient and has been a supporter of Peter Obi and the Obidient movement, so I decided to properly verify the claim before saying anything. After checking, I discovered that the circulating version had been edited. The original video and the edited version are clearly not the same. This is exactly why people should always verify information before sharing it, especially when it involves people they disagree with politically. There is no need to give unnecessary relevance to people who do not deserve it. If a point can only be made through a doctored video, then it is not a point worth making. Let them remain in their obscurity. The original video is below, alongside the edited version, so people can see the difference for themselves. Doctored. Original πŸ‘‡ πŸ‘‡

You see all these politicians in Nigeria, especially the ones claiming to be morally upright fighting for the masses? Believe anything they say at your own peril.

Details of her rescue by Nigeria Army: Troops of the Nigerian Army with the support of the Nigerian Air Force have successfully rescued Mrs Amina Abubakar, wife of the late Major General Rabe Abubakar and former Director Defence Information, who was abducted by bandits alongside her husband a few weeks ago. The rescue operation followed intensified search-and-rescue efforts conducted by troops of Operation FASAN YAMMA. During sustained offensive operations and pressure mounted on the criminal elements, troops made contact with the bandits at Tunga Village, leading to the successful recovery of Mrs Abubakar. In the course of the encounter, the bandits shot Mrs Abubakar before abandoning her and fleeing due to the overwhelming pressure from advancing troops. Mrs Abubakar was immediately evacuated and is currently receiving medical attention at a military hospital, where she is responding to treatment.
BREAKING NEWS: Hajiya Amina Abubakar, the widow of Major General Abubakar Rabe (rtd), has regained her freedom.

This is serious. 😳 The Federal High Court in Abuja has reportedly ordered INEC to deregister ADC and four other political parties: APP, AA, Accord Party, and ZLP. For those who have been celebrating, mocking, and playing politics with every development, this is a reminder that politics is not social media banter. Court decisions have real consequences. If upheld, this could reshape the political landscape ahead of future elections and force many politicians and supporters to rethink their strategies. The lesson remains the same: political parties should be built on strong structures, clear ideology, and genuine grassroots support, not just temporary alliances, online excitement, or the popularity of a few individuals. The coming days will reveal whether this decision stands, is appealed, or is overturned. Either way, it is a development that nobody interested in Nigerian politics should ignore.

Peter Obi is slowly transitioning into an activist like every other failed politician, or soar loser who failed to accept the reality. Sowore, VDM, Aisha Yusufu and others should watch out, because they are going to have a competitor heading their way after the 2027 election.

Peter Obi's presidential candidacy has exposed the people that are truly the cowards in Nigeria. Firstly, he ran away from competitive primaries, to lobby for free ticket. Secondly, they are the people that always disguise themselves into other ethnicity to commit crimes. Thirdly, they hide behind their keypad online, too afraid to face physical confrontation. These people are known cowards.

Has anyone noticed how Elon Musk has been quiet about the xenophobic attacks against other Africans in South Africa? When the "white genocide" narrative was making headlines, Elon Musk was very vocal. He and many of his supporters were quick to comment, speak out, and draw global attention to the issue. But now that South Africans are attacking fellow Africans from other African countries, there is a noticeable silence. Suddenly, many of the same voices that were loudly condemning one issue seem uninterested in talking about this one. That is what many people find troubling. If you are genuinely concerned about violence, discrimination, and injustice, then your concern should not depend on who the victims are. The same energy used to highlight one group's suffering should also be used to highlight the suffering of others. The selective outrage is what raises questions. To me, this creates the impression that some people are only willing to speak up when it affects their own group, while remaining silent when others are going through similar experiences. Human suffering should matter regardless of race, nationality, or political interest.

INVESTIGATION: The Man Behind the "Disappointed Yoruba" Video Trojan Beast Investigation A viral video circulating across X and Facebook has sparked controversy after questions emerged regarding the identity of the individual featured in the clip. The video, which was widely shared by accounts sympathetic to IPOB and ESN narratives, including an X user identified as "Oko-Owo" and several pro-IPOB Facebook pages, featured a man presenting himself as a Yoruba individual while expressing shame in his identity and criticizing positions commonly associated with the Southwest. Following an investigation conducted by Trojan Beast OSINT, investigators identified the individual as Adebayo Ifeanyichukwu Michael. According to the findings of the investigation, the individual is not Yoruba as portrayed in the video. Investigators further concluded that the video appeared to be part of a broader propaganda effort designed to create the impression that Yoruba voices were turning against their own community and political interests. The video's rapid circulation among accounts associated with IPOB and ESN narratives has raised additional questions about its origin, coordination, and intended audience. Questions Raised by the Investigation β€’ Why was the speaker presented as Yoruba? β€’ Who produced and coordinated the distribution of the video? β€’ Why was the content amplified primarily by accounts promoting IPOB and ESN narratives? β€’ Was the objective to manufacture the appearance of Yoruba discontent? β€’ Were viewers deliberately misled regarding the background of the speaker? Trojan Beast Findings Trojan Beast investigators found that: β€’ The video was aggressively circulated by accounts promoting IPOB and ESN-aligned narratives. β€’ The individual featured in the video was identified as Adebayo Ifeanyichukwu Michael. β€’ The presentation of the speaker as Yoruba is inconsistent with the findings of the investigation. β€’ The video's messaging appears intended to influence public perception through identity-based propaganda. Conclusion The controversy surrounding the video highlights the growing use of social media influence campaigns, identity manipulation, and coordinated propaganda efforts in Nigeria's online political space. Whether political, ethnic, or ideological, misinformation thrives when audiences fail to verify sources and scrutinize viral content. Verdict Trojan Beast's investigation concludes that the viral "Disappointed Yoruba" video raises serious concerns regarding identity misrepresentation and coordinated narrative amplification. The findings underscore the importance of verification, transparency, and critical thinking before accepting viral claims at face value. EXPOSED! THE MAN BEHIND THE "ASHAMED YORUBA" VIDEO TROJAN BEAST INVESTIGATION A viral video circulated by accounts linked to IPOB and ESN narratives featured a man claiming to be Yoruba and expressing shame in his identity. TROJAN BEAST FINDINGS The video was heavily circulated by accounts promoting IPOB and ESN narratives and appears to have been designed to influence public perception through identity-based propaganda.
