By all means own BTC on your balance sheet. It will probably work work very well over time 5 years

I'm not sure I'd call the activity funny, but @bartcheek makes a brilliant point about yield on stablecoins.
DeFi enables consumers search for the best yields easily.
The simple fact is DeFi is consumer focused, whereas TradFi is shareholder focused.

I find stablecoin yield chasing on DeFi extremely funny.
