You deposit real assets (USDC, etc.) into the unified ZK pool on Solana. You get cryptographic notes bearer-like encrypted representations with ZK proofs. These notes transfer peer-to-peer completely offline via: NFC tap Bluetooth QR code even USB/email/DM as file No internet required for the handoff. The recipient holds the note locally. When (or if) they want, they redeem it back on-chain with the ZK proof. Unlimited splits/merges for exact change, full privacy (no on-chain link until optional redemption), and it's non-custodial. Shield USDC(and soon more assets) yourself, export the note, turn off all connectivity, transfer to another device, redeem later. That's not "logged in through internet" for the transfer itself. The initial shielding uses the chain once; the cash-like movement doesn't.
