Meigs County:
— Four big time players back from last year and they’re legit. Jr Kennedy Smith is an elite defender and had at least 15 points on the other end. Ainsley King pulled down 10 boards today, as she often does. Taylor McHone drained four or five threes and sophomore Kylie Jones just does everything right on the court.
— Freshman Anna Kate Hennessee is the real deal. My goodness. She knocked down a couple threes, blew by defenders for layups and finished with the left a couple of times.

Congratulations to former Lady Raider Basketball Coach Rachel Powell Moore! She was inducted into the Greater Chattanooga Sports Hall of Fame last night. Rachel was the CHS Coach from 1999-2011.

When she visited the POWS, one of them slipped her a note to be delivered to the US authorities. She gave the note to the NVA. They damn near killed the POW. They were flabbergasted she would turn on them like that.
