We are sad to share that our first attempt at funding was rejected. We share this to provide clarity on our "Project Malta" situation for the foreseeable future. For now, we will be halting the Malta Gaming Academy project, Counter-Strike tournaments and the finalization of our facility. To clarify, the only projects that were effected by this news are related to "Project Malta". Our Counter-Strike division is still operating to its fully capacity. When CSDE moved to Malta, we made a clear commitment to improve the Esports scene in Malta through tournaments, grassroots development and bring high level players here to boost the scene. Which is also an objective of Malta itself. It is a shame that we have to put an end to our projects in Malta, as they were going very well up until now. We do not have the resources to continue these projects without help. Although this is very disappointing news for us, we are going to continue working and hope to restart these projects soon, as a commitment to our objectives. We apologize for letting our academy students, tournaments participants and those who were excited for the new facility down. We will not give up. We ask that if you can, please share this post, especially if you are from Malta. We want to show our commitment and what we have done in the community in such a short time, with the possibility that it will end up with the right person who can help us continue our commitment. We hope to provide a more positive update in the future.

🚨 ROSTER UPDATE 🚨 We are excited to welcome our new player in CSDE — 🇲🇩 Denis “dENZY” Osipov! 😢 At the same time, we part ways with Dmytro “Trozor” Lishchenko. Dmytro spent almost a year in our academy before earning his place in the main roster. With him, we won the LAN in Lviv, secured podium finishes at several tournaments, and fought through the ESEA playoffs. His journey with CSDE is a true example of dedication and hard work. We are grateful for his time and contribution, and we believe there are many victories ahead of him. He will also remain our sub for Ukrainian tournaments that require 5 local players.🙏 Our roster: 🇺🇦 mattloo 🇺🇦 3ippoch 🇺🇦 Sh1karee 🇺🇦 Maggent 🇲🇩 dENZY 🇺🇦 dezz1we (Coach) 🇵🇱 N1TA (Analyst) Mult succes, dENZY!🇲🇩 #CSDE #CS2 #WelcomeDenzy

mattloo MVP of the tournament — rating 1.32 He destroyed his opponents so confidently that the organizers decided: a medal is not enough… we need to give a treat 🍫 Because even a frag machine sometimes wants to be refreshed 😎

CSDE joins in celebrating Ukraine’s Independence Day! Ukraine has been a free nation for 34 years, and today the value of that freedom is felt more than ever. As a Ukrainian organization, this day is especially meaningful to us. We thank all defenders for giving people the chance to live, play, work, and dream about the future. Independence means strength, unity, and belief in victory. Happy Independence Day, Ukraine! 💙💛

Valve explained that updating Kalash's animation is more important than fixing anti-cheat, bad subtick, movement, weapon bob, and solving the problem with cheating at tier 2 and 3.

We have not given the coverage that CSDE Juvenil deserve. Today they earned a spot in the EUCL Summerslam LAN in Kyiv on the 2nd of August. We are super excited to see what they can do! Super sub Dezz1we will be making an appearance for the event in place of Koro4e. We will be following the coverage on EUCL Twitch Stream

Tough day for the organization yesterday. Cantera lose their match on Nuke to fall to 2-2 in ESEA Main. CSDE Juvenil lose their match for their first loss of the season. The teams will be back next week, stronger than ever!

Unexpectedly, First team manager and former Sporting Director Dima Borsch has decided to leave CSDE and explore other opportunities. Dima made a huge impact on the organization and helped us get to where we are today. Although Dima will be missed, we will still be operating as normal. Best of luck in the future Dmytro.
