Indeed, there are people who truly fear Allah. Its not because they are acting as saints or immuned to temptation, but they have this utmost belief that Allah is always watching, and everybody will account for his deeds on the day resurrection. Another category entails men and women of principles, conscience and character, those who consider premarital sex or having multiple sex partners as immoral. Casual sex is really dangerous for both genders, that's why both Islam and Christianity prohibits it. Risk takers are doing it anyways. May Allah guide us. 🙏

Yes good girl doesnt account in the eyes of men and others, but we actually try as much to practice our deen properly and stay away from sins that Allah forbids. Trying to be modest can never be wrong tho. Do things for the sake of Allah not people and ur reward is with Allah.
