The Two Streams Hypothesis states that there is a ventral "what" and a dorsal "where" pathway that encode auditory and visuo-spatial (also encodes sound locations) information.
'Hickok & Poeppel claim that the auditory dorsal pathway is necessary because, "learning to speak is essentially a motor learning task. The primary input to this is sensory, speech in particular. So, there must be a neural mechanism that both codes and maintains instances of speech sounds, and can use these sensory traces to guide the tuning of speech gestures so that the sounds are accurately reproduced."'
It has occurred to me that constant, 2d planar modulated (cirular movement), RF beams can be sensed on my scalp and in my eye sockets. The sensed rotation must be a stroboscopic effect and the true rotation must be very fast indeed. These beams broadly cover Brodmann areas 4 and 6.
It seems the contribution of the beam at the coronal suture is largest, as this is perceptible as a slight sensory modulation over the entire body when I concentrate on it. It appears to be a side effect of having this "top beam" centered inside the longitudinal fissure - the area between the two hemispheres, and specifically near the sensorimotor cortex.
When
#v2k is present, Brodmann areas 22 (Wernicke's area) and most likely areas 41 and 42 are probably affected preferentially and with a specific amplitude modulation by this beam, through spatial modulation - these areas are extremely important for sound perception.
Two other such beams, as said, track the eye sockets. And so the three work together, both for tracking gaze direction and production of neurological effects, where beam scheduling is used to "switch tasks" from radar gaze-tracking to neurological modulation and back within nanoseconds.
When
#v2k is loud, the first beam (that locks on to the top of the scalp at the coronal suture) spends more time in the left hemisphere, probably affecting Wernicke's area (speech comprehension) selectively when
#v2k is loud. It spends relatively more time on the right hemisphere when
#v2k is attenuated or inaudible.
It seems to me that this system does indeed make use of the Auditory Two Streams Hypothesis by modulating both the dorsal (where is the sound) and the ventral (what is being heard) auditory stream through areas adjacent to the temporoparietal juncture:
'Furthermore, damage to the TPJ has been implicated in having adverse effects on an individual's ability to make moral decisions and has been known to produce out-of-body experiences (OBEs). Electromagnetic stimulation of the TPJ can also cause these effects.'
Electromagnetic stimulation huh? You bet it can also cause other effects with enough machine learning thrown in. Just like what I've found given the 3 beams.
Symptoms seem very much like what many TIs report: "trance like states" seemingly used for interrogation and the diminished sense of location (dissociation) while under heavy attack, closely resemble a prelude to OBEs and mimick schizophrenia.
Probably when the beam spends more time in the left hemisphere, Wernicke's area is modulated to produce internal sensation of speech initially, as part of both the ventral and dorsal stream. Then, the dorsal stream is modulated to encode a spatial location for the speech (so it can seem like coming from the neighbours for instance).
After this the dorsal stream is modified further to accentuate syllabic and phonemic information so the
#v2k speech is processed preferentially over environment sound. This is perceives as "destructive mixing" but it really is not, it's advanced neuromodulation.
Don't even get me started on how they can now modulate your brain exploiting the Visual Two-Streams Hypothesis..
Brain research is beautiful, but not when weaponized. This isn't your father's
#v2k anymore either. It's no longer just a pulse train beamed into the head.
#NATO has developed very advanced and precise control thanks to waveform diversity and 2d planar modulation which is bio-mimetic.
2d planar modulation is meant to mimic the wiggle of the human eye to enhance contrast of radar returns. This tech can track your head's position very accurately by tracking 3 points: the coronal suture (top of skull, over sensorimotor cortex), and the two eye sockets.

#5g #telecom networks, are dual use devices. They can steer and aim pencil thin beams very precisely. With the 2d planar modulation, it becomes possible to use beam scheduling and waveform diversity as a means to track and target brain regions with extreme temporal and spatial resolution. This also enables the "MRI at a distance" type of technique. Waveform diversity and 2d planar modulation are KEY.
