The public needs to trust the recommendations for colon ca screening.
By issuing a contradictory recommendation re age of screening @ACPIMPhysicians creates distrust.

On call on my birthday. The trainees presented a new consult with a classic case of a somewhat rare condition that the team hadn't heard of, and I got to pull a classic attending move and reveal how the pieces fit together (and help the patient!). What a present!
