Move my Terraform modules to GitHub, migrated my terraform state file to Terraform Cloud. Spun up my VMs for Kubernetes. I should start managing my other LXCs and MWs with Terraform as well.

I solved an earlier issue, configuring a single NIC for multiple VLANs. Found a solution which worked for me. Now, the plan is to use Open vSwitch (ovs) to mirror and send a copy of all network packets through an interface to be analyzed. #homelab

I’ve swapped ElasticSearch Kibana which I used to store the data I fetched data and basic visualization for OpenSearch and OpenSearch Dashboard. I’m still trying to debug things with that setup… ugh 😣

Having a new issue with my setup. My other K3s worker nodes unable to communicate with master using a new IP address assigned for Kube VIP. However, I can communicate with the master from my local machine. #homelab

@ChristianLempa @TechnoTimLive You are running Kubernetes on Proxmox, are you using Kube VIP? I have assigned a new IP address to the master for Kube VIP but my nodes are not communicating with it, but I can curl the endpoint from my MBP.

Fixed! This issue was caused by a network rule which blocks inter-VLAN communication.

I upgraded my iPhone recently, everything migrated easily including my eSIM without having to contact my carrier. Nicely done.

Happy I started managing my homelab with Terraform, Ansible playbook and GitOps. Makes things so much easier and far less stress when you have to rebuild at a moments notice. #homelab
