Tried making a public repro for this issue but it just works on the latest commit without my personal plugin (which was originally made to work around the stretching issue with hacks and such)
I'm gonna rewrite my personal plugin with 'proper' methods and see if it's truly fixed

Unfortunately I can't confirm that it actually fixes the stretching issue
As you can see in both video (the right one is the latest commit with the swapped argument fix), the window appears stretched for a few frames

The port of Mermaid to Dart is somewhat ready. Next up: KaTeX. We still don't have a good way to render TeX natively in Dart, so I took a stub and got something working within a weekend. Both as pure Dart library (SVG) and Flutter widget.

Omg it's finally happening.
A fix for issue where on Windows, Flutter view appears stretched if you make the window empty/hidden/frameless/change size rapidly/other cases.

Everyone who uses @lijy91 's window_manager plugin and @callmebit 's bitsdojo_window has known this issue for 2 years.

Only now it was discovered that the bug was stupid simple: Width and height were swapped in FlutterWindowsView::OnFrameGenerated

I lost so much time because of this stupid bug.
Glad it's finally gonna be fixed.
Unfortunately it is impossible for me to test it, as you can see from this screenshot.
(Afaik it takes like 50GB to build the Flutter engine)

Tho I can't get it to work in my app yet so still figuring it out
And there's a bug in the multiple window example where the settings dialog spawns as the size of the display instead of sized to content even though other windows work.

TLDR no, there are no plans to transfer Flutter ownership.
We are simply asking to get a pulse check on governance, and this will be a new recurring question in every future survey.
Our goal is only to assess how successfully we are expanding governance to target platforms and meeting our goals to make Flutter possible everywhere. nonGoogle maintainers have always been a part of that strategy, but that doesn't mean the framework is going anywhere :)

Had to vendor the package, seems like pub.dev skia_dart version is a bit behind the repo, but either way it's time to kick the tires. So many times I wished all the Sk* stuff that is internal in Flutter web was directly exposed and usable across all platforms. Thanks @MatejKnopp. Bright future ahead for this package.
