Smotrich's ministry of finance owns an arms factory in Britain named Pearson Engineering, which was recently awarded a £10m contract by the Ministry of Defence. "A diplomatic source said the other senior officials are settlement minister Orit Struck and two military personnel", according to Haaretz. It remains unclear who the military personnel are. The UK government allowed the IDF's former chief of staff Herzi Halevi and its air force commander Tomer Bar to secretly visit Britain amid the Gaza genocide, with the Foreign Office giving them with "special mission" immunity to protect them from prosecution for war crimes.
