@madebygoogle We bought the Pixel 4a 5g on Black Friday and traded in a Pixel 2, which had a $235 trade-in value. However because we accidentally reported a 2XL, it is being re-evaluated to only $35! And @GoogleStore won't allow us to return the phone or send our phone back?!?

Our store rep, Princess Joy, told us we had no recourse and then added "Have a nice day!" Which is completely inappropriate after being told we are keeping $200 of your money. To top it off we bought the phone with Financing and just had a baby...

Bought @yesware and have since spent several hours over the past 2 days trying to get it to work. Followed all articles & support suggestions. I hate paying for software or services and then realizing I should be the one paid for troubleshooting their technology
