At some point in the early 1900's, someone poked holes in a punch card to create the first "computer code." This has been pretty universally accepted as a bad idea.

My estimate was that twitter real value was around 25 billion dollars at the price of acquisition.
The hopeful argued that the 50% staff loss was survivable, I would say that took another 5 billion out.
The current reported loss levels are at best a fire sale, 1/
