I can't speak for him, but I think it's almost certain that there's great footage and great things in there that fans would love to see. The problem is, if you include 5 minutes of unproven one-sided allegations (whether that is to do with abuse, drugs, whatever it may be) then as we all know, that's the 5 minutes that 100% of the trash media will focus on when they write about it and then the Estate have to go into damage control. Having the right to use priveliged material means you have to show a certain level of respect and never delve into anything remotely tabloid-y, especially when it's only possible for one persons side of the story to be told. Quest knows Prince wasn't perfect, we all do. But on such a big platform, with a project that would introduce millions of new people to him, is it fair and responsible for any part of it to paint him as abusive, an addict, etc? I personally do not think it is.
