Anybody wanna COMMIT doing this with me in October?!
•Walk 10,000 steps a day.
•Read at least one chapter of the Bible.
•Write 2 things you're GRATEFUL.
•Zero alcohol, weed or drugs.
•Write a gratitude letter to someone from your past that's impacted your life.
•Eat real/whole foods 90% of the time.
•Pray daily for your family, church leaders, national leaders, community leaders.
•Listen to ONLY CHRISTIAN MUSIC.
Sober October lock in with the Holy Spirit.
