There's an important detail missing in this comment section: a sense of humility and appreciation of our ignorance. The Big Bang introduces large questions, we're wise to take our time with them and be good to one another while pondering them.

Took a class to a local coastline to observe marine life and it was a success (considering it was my first attempt). What’s in the water is a student-created ROV equipped with a set of thrusters and a camera.
Next year, we will attempt testing for specific pollutants that affect salmonids and orcas. If I can manage obtaining a longer lead, we could also potentially recover crab pots (12,000 annually are lost in Puget Sound 👀).
