moodboards were never meant to be still. this is how we do it at darkroom. drop images → make them move → share as a live link or video. visual ASMR, basically.

Lenis v2 is in development. We're looking for sponsors to help fund the next chapters. In return: visibility on the Lenis website (25K monthly visitors) and GitHub readme (15k monthly visitors). If you sell templates, tools, or services to developers and designers who care about scroll craft — this is a huge opportunity to get in front of that audience.

the system is quite simple, but that doesn't mean you can't get a wide variety of results

this is the kind of result you get when you give full creative freedom to a team you trust.

Three.js doesn't own the layout — CSS does. Opted-in [data-layout] elements are batched-read (init resize) and mapped to world space. Children are inferred from parent boxes when possible. That same pass pulls computed styles and detects line breaks, so WebGL text wraps exactly the same. SDF keeps smaller text sharp at any scale. Headlines go further: opentype.js extracts glyphs — each letter becomes its own extruded mesh with independent depth. WebGL syncs to native scroll. DOM vs WebGL ↓

Transform-based smooth scrolling in 2026, really? It's killing performance, accessibility and countless native browser features. A gov website deserves better, please use Lenis.
250.gov is live. Start making plans for a very historic summer. Site is full of ways to celebrate the greatest country in the world. 🇺🇸 Love, @ndstudio

we've been helping @lightfld maintain and upgrade their marketing website. what stands out to me from the collaboration is the human quality achieved. it's clear when you look at the follower-to-upvote ratio on @ProductHunt versus the likes of @AnthropicAI (currently #1 in day rank) if you need a CRM that remembers everything and does the work for you, check out Lightfield. Upvote them on product hunt, it goes a long way: producthunt.com/products/lig…

unbelievable! @lusionltd just disrupted the market for ever.
Over the past year, a lot of the conversation has been around how quickly AI is changing the digital world. At the same time, it made us think about how little has changed in the physical one. Most products are still designed the same way, just with more features layered on top. We wanted to explore a different direction at Lusion. Instead of asking how to add intelligence, we asked what happens if you take things away. What remains when you strip a product back to its core purpose, and design it properly from there. Oryzo is our first attempt at that. It is a physical product, built with a very simple idea of how it should exist and behave. No dependency on external systems, no complexity for the sake of it. Just something that feels considered. Curious to hear what people think. Link is in the comment!

make the move, it's easier than ever to own your data!
Lenis Showcase just moved from Notion to @pocketbase. Open source, self-hosted, free, faster and we own our data. The smoothest showcase deserves a smooth backend.
