DASK convened with CBOs in the feedback program of a public participation of femicide in Kenya held by the ministry of Gender. The TWG on GBV & Femicide in Kenya just released its findings.
1,639 women killed in 2 years.
13% have experienced sexual violence.

Most perpetrators: intimate partners.
Most victims: aged 30–44.

Pak Jun est cultivateur de café dans une région rurale d’Indonésie. Il suit un traitement pour la tuberculose pharmacorésistante. Vivre dans une région reculée rendait autrefois l’accès aux soins particulièrement difficile.
Désormais, grâce aux centres de santé locaux, les soins sont accessibles plus près du domicile des patients. Avec le passage à des schémas thérapeutiques plus courts, l’Indonésie s’attaque de front à la tuberculose pharmacorésistante. Les efforts du pays ont permis de sauver la vie de Pak Jun.
