I got COVID19 a few weeks ago and based on the clinical trial data in support of metformin being able to lower the risk of long COVID, I decided to take a 2-week course. My COVID symptoms improved rapidly & 🤞 long COVID risk should be about 41% reduced… thelancet.com/journals/lanin…

Today, we had an amazing happy hour event at PuzzleWorks escape room. It was a blast, especially when we were able to solve the puzzle together in the very last minute.
We all hope that our academic challenges won't be as tricky as that puzzle :)
