Disappointed with your customer service @Matalan. Received an email with return code for a Quiz item bought from you online. It literally said "take to a Matalan store".
On arrival, staff would not accept such a return. But the email said to come and provided a code. #badservice

I listened to u @ThisisDavina on @SteveBartlettSC. Fantastic, all of it but 'Legacy' is genius. At mum's funeral in lockdown 1 with 12 people & 100s online, I kept thinking, "she'd love this!" @drkathrynmannix's amazing work helps us not leave it all too late. LGCY would help.

Trying to book washing m/c repair appointment via @DandG_UK and @BoschHomeUK. Impossible to speak to anyone & online booking function is not working - can you seriously not send someone till October? What's point of having this policy if you can't fix in timely way? #poorservice

.@BensonsForBeds ordered a new bed on Saturday and as part of sales process was told "definitely be delivered in Sept" - order paper says 4 weeks. Had a text asking me to ring and schedule actual date and was told 10th November. Feeling hoodwinked. Suggestions?

.@KeterTweets Shed did not contain correct part to complete and now it's at mercy of elements til replacement arrives 5-7 days. Can't disassemble without damaging. I know guidance is to check every part before assembly begins but how practical is this really? Better QA maybe?

Any other loyal @stokecity season ticket holders surprised to learn that they needed to register last week to watch today's game? No one sent me an email. Seems an odd system. I'll have to pay Β£10 which feels like I'm being punished. What do you think @MartinTideswell

.@Ask_DP how do I "Complete the return request". We've printed the returns label attached to package etc. but no one from Hermes turned up to collect. Is there a step being missed?

Hi again @Karrimor_CS. My waterproof boots are no longer. Went back to retailer as you suggested. Bought them in June 2019 meaning retailer won't help. Can you now please help? Not unrealistic to expect a pair of your boots to last longer then 7 months is it?
