Thank you to the Missouri Cattlemen’s Association for hosting a wonderful dinner at the Missouri State Fairgrounds in Sedalia and for the opportunity to speak with Missouri’s cattle producers.
The steak and food were outstanding, a fitting showcase for Missouri’s world-class beef industry. Looking forward to returning to Sedalia for the Missouri State Fair in August!

One of the best parts of traveling Missouri is discovering the unexpected.
A recent visit to Lawrence County included several highlights: a new Route 66 commemorative sign, the beautifully restored Mickey Owen Baseball Restaurant and Airbnb, and seeing firsthand the community’s commitment to caring for our veterans.
But one stop truly caught me by surprise—more than 200 camels right here in southwest Missouri. Even more remarkable, the operation produces camel milk, creating a unique agricultural enterprise that few would expect to find in the Show-Me State.
Missouri never ceases to amaze. From historic Route 66 to baseball heritage, from honoring veterans to innovative agriculture, every corner of our state has a story worth telling.

What a great day in Lawrence County! From visiting our veterans home and celebrating Route 66, to seeing a new athletic complex and wrapping up the day at a camel farm, it was a reminder that Missouri truly has it all. It’s great to travel our beautiful state and meet the people and places that make it so special!

It has been a pleasure working with @AlMeyer19. Whether solving problems or building relationships, Alex is always responsive, professional, and guided by excellent instincts. His Missouri roots may explain part of that. Wishing him every success as he begins his next chapter.

Last Friday, Alex Meyer @ALMeyer19 completed his last day as the leader of White House Intergovernmental Affairs. Alex solved problems and grew relationships with Governors, Attorney Generals, Member of Congress, State Legislators - elected officials across the country. Too many to count.
Alex was a critical part of our 2024 campaign, particularly leading President Trumps decisive Iowa victory in the Caucus which kicked off win after win in the campaign.
Alex returns now to the political world to helm important midterm races. Candidates are fortunate to have his talent.
The many across the country he helped navigate challenges in the White House continue to admire him and I look forward to continuing to collaborate along the way.
I wish Alex much good fortune and I’m offering my best wishes for many successes in the weeks and months ahead.

Clocked a 115 mph test ride getting ready for the legendary Lake of the Ozarks Shootout on August 29–30. Looking forward to an incredible weekend at America’s premier powerboating event, where the fastest team on the water will take home the Lieutenant Governor’s Cup. The speed, the fans, and the energy at the Lake are second to none.
